Anchored on Portland’s historic working waterfront, Dry Dock has been a beloved Old Port staple for decades.

Housed in the iconic 1920s Randall & McAllister building at the head of Maine Wharf, it’s a spot where Portland’s rich maritime past meets its vibrant present.

Now, after a thoughtful renovation and years of being closed, Dry Dock is being reimagined and refreshed by the Luke’s Lobster team. Led by Matt Ginn and Chef Mike Carney, the new Dry Dock features a craveable coastal menu centered on high-quality, approachable seafood and warm, genuine, Maine hospitality.

With a front row seat to the harbor and a menu built for locals, visitors, and everyone in between, Dry Dock is your go-to spot to relax, raise a glass, and dig into the best of the coast.

This is the first restaurant operated by the Luke’s Lobster team outside of the traditional Luke’s brand.
